This was the first time I ordered such a product and love it. Its easy to carry to class and provides enough padding for my back issue. Because most exercise studios only have the thin Pilates mat, this gives additional cushioning and padding on most wood and cement floors.

I’ve spent a number of sessions with physical therapy for back and leg pain. They suggested a mat for use at house to continue exercises. My son bought this for me and has worded very well. The size and thickness are superb one can lay down and be covered from head to feet in comfort.

This is a really good mat for excercise. It is lightweight and simple to carry with built in handles. You do not need to worry about putting on or taking off a cover because it is component of the permanent style. The size is generous for most heights.

I am really happy with it. It has enough padding to give me a excellent cushion throughout my stretching and floor exercises. I’ve tile on my floor and a great padding is crucial. It could be longer but that’s ok for me.

Excellent mat for performing abdominal exercises nice cushion which keeps my body away from the floor. The length of the mat is fine as I’m not a tall person but may be an concern for a taller person. More…
