I purchased this mat to do basic exercises at house. I find it to become easy to get out and put away. It provides a solid, cushioning surface that protects me from the hard floor, but is not so soft as to become a hindrance to physical exercise. I am really pleased with this buy!

Better than the other ones I have had. Wide enough,no. My arms slip off the side when I do one of my workouts. If it was six inches or more wider it would be much better. But I like the way it folds and I can put it against my wall within the living room. More…
