I bought the Valeo 10lb medicine ball for my son who is training for basketball. This ball has a really long lasting rubber covering and has some bounce to it. This ball also has the exact same bumpy grips and dividing lines like a basketball. Plus it is the exact same size of an official size men’s basketball. Color is also very nice.

Very long lasting as others have mentioned, and the grip is superb unlike the conventional treatments balls. Well into your workout, when your grip may be compromised with perspiration, this ball won’t slip.

The Valeo treatments balls are awesome. Way much better then the leather medicine balls. Since it has the texture of a regulation basketball when you get sweaty from working out it doesnt turn out to be slippery like the leather balls.

This is really a simple medicine ball. I’ve utilized it both indoors and outdoors without having any difficulties. Functions great for throwing workouts. Would suggest for full body and core workouts.

This was a gift for my son and it was really nicely received. He has work out equipment in his basement and he enjoys the ball with his family. I would suggest this.
