I’ve two injured discs and my goal would be to strengthen my core and to obtain circulation into the discs to assist them heal. For the past 5 days, I’ve been jumping and marching 2-3 times a day, swimming 1-2 times each day, and icing for 15 minutes after each activity. The size is perfect for me and it fits in my living room and if I were able to carry points can’t right now, I’d pick it up and roll it behind my sofa – but I use it so frequently, it has a prime location for now.
