This step is excellent!! Really stable. My only complaint is that it was supposed to come with a DVD and it didn’t have it in the box. It even showed it on the outside from the box but it wasn’t included inside.

This is an excellent product to help strengthen the training of ab muscles. It is not a miracle product and work out though and abdominal needed. This is the best thing for people who already have pretty good abs, but you need that extra push to help give them shape and tone they want. I do pilates and cardio exercises with regular use this product. It ’s a strange feeling at first, but you get used to it.

Received this a couple of weeks ago and have followed the included programs. I love it. It feels really good and although this is not the tone during the night, I did not expect, but I’m sure by the summer will be really paid off.
