This is an excellent product to help strengthen the training of ab muscles. It is not a miracle product and work out though and abdominal needed. This is the best thing for people who already have pretty good abs, but you need that extra push to help give them shape and tone they want. I do pilates and cardio exercises with regular use this product. It ’s a strange feeling at first, but you get used to it.

Received this a couple of weeks ago and have followed the included programs. I love it. It feels really good and although this is not the tone during the night, I did not expect, but I’m sure by the summer will be really paid off. Of course, more exercise and a healthy diet will also contribute to good results. It ‘easy to understand and use. One thing I will say is that you should make a habit of charging the unit before using it each time, but just takes a minute. I do it so that it does not run down during my session.

ab belt really works. This is not for someone who does not wait for training to get ripped. I bascially goto the gym 2-3 times a week and has just started using this. I will say that it can be a bit ‘distressing bascially stomach tense up every 5 seconds during recovery, upset the setup so far 70. I noticed my stomach is automatically suck in after hours. And for the guy who said that the connector is flimsy. Are you mental? the little metal hinges snap and are safe. Honestedly I do not see how this guy had a problem with it. A bit mind perhaps.
